Diet Workout Motivation behind Arjun Kapoor weight loss
Arjun Kapoor made his debut in bollywood with movie Isaqzaade. We saw him fit in the movie but did’nt know about the hardwork behind it. Before acting he was assistant director and associate producer. He was addicted to fast food and it was very tough for him to get rid of it.
He shed nearly 50 kilos before he entered into the Bollywood. His weight loss transformation took nearly 4 years as he managed to lose weight without spoiling his health i.e., the natural way.
Breakfast :- 4 Egg whites, 1 Egg yolk and toast.
Lunch :- Grilled Chicken, vegetables, Millet (Bajra) chapattis. He considered Millet over whole wheat rotis as Millet based bread is richer in fiber.
Dinner :- For dinner, his diet is heavily rich in protein. His usually prefers to skip having any carbohydrate rick food at night. He prefers to have lean protein meals like chicken, fish etc. for dinner.
Supplement :- It was usually protien shake after training.
Apart from modifying his diet, Arjun also did a lot of Cardio workouts to lose weight initially. Additionally, he performed endurance training to speed up the weight loss journey. However, the last 5 Kgs were not easy to get rid of and hence he followed CrossFit (HIIT for 20 minutes) that helped him lose the last few stubborn pounds.
His biggest inspiration and mentor who made him get into the required shape to achieve the body he has always thought of in Salman Khan who has trained him for his debut movie and try his luck in the Bollywood , also Salman gave him additional diet tips to follow the be in required shape and see results.
