Aiming for fitness instead of weight loss is a much better approach to create better overall Heath

  1. Aiming for fitness helps balance your Goals – Being fit help with functional everyday movements like to carry things or going up stairs etc.
  2. Getting fit is more fun than being on diet – It is easy to start exercise than to restrict  ourself from eatables.
  3. Weight loss may inhibit muscle strength –when most people think of loosing weight they immediate think of belly Fat etc, and target those areas which inhibit muscle strength.
  4. We would have fewer obese people – If our society paid more attention to fitness rather than weight loss, we would have fewer obesity incidents.
  5. It would be easier to loose weight – If one is concerned about his/her Fitness he/she would loose weight easily without dieting.
  6. Fat people will be healthier – Even if overweight people don’t lose weight, they’d get all the protective benefits of exercise.
