Well finally i am writing on worlds biggest question how to loose weight? But here i will not provide you with exercises you should do or diets which you should follow to loose weight. You must be thinking all of us drink water but it doesn’t help to loose weight. Then i must say you all are wrong. So lets start:-

Water is the foundation of our life.

Kidneys- 79%

Muscles- 72%

Heart- 73%

Blood- 85%

Lungs- 83%

Brain- 90%

We often confuse hunger with thirst instead of food, We need a glass of Water. If you don’t drink enough water, Body functions are disrupted. Water burn calories. 

How you should drink it?

Stick to the following 5 steps:

  1. 250 ml of water on an empty stomach after waking up.
  2. 250-500 ml 1 hour before breakfast.
  3. 100-200 ml after every cup of tea or coffee.
  4. 250-500 ml 20 minutes before eating.
  5. 300-600 ml 2 hours before sleep.

Initially you’ll go to the toilet more often but later you’ll adapt to this drinking schedule. Don’t believe us? TRY IT!
