Hello Global as told before in the post CHEAT DAY FOR GYMERS i will discuss about The Rock’s “Legendary Cheat day”, i am doing that today in addition i have also researched about the Rock’s normal diet and i have listed it below.

So, lets break it down-


The Rock’s Legendary Cheat Meal and Normal Diet


After 150 days of clean eating and intense training,

Dwayne Johnson “The Rock” allowed himself to enjoy “legendary” Cheat meal. Many people took this as challenge and posted videos enjoying or i must say trying to eat the exact same cheat meal of The Rock.


The Cheat Meal

Breakfast 12 large pancakes

Snacks/Lunch 21 brownies with large glass of milk

Dinner 4 large pepperoni pizzas


Normal Diet


The Rock’s normal diet is not normal at all. It consists of highly nutritious eatables. For such a Hunk this diet is normal-

Normal Diet

Before Breakfast

Caffeine energy drink ( no coffee )

Breakfast– (1 OZ= 28.35 g)

10-12 OZ- Roasted potatoes

8-10 OZ- Grilled sirloin

4-6- Scrambled egg whites

Next meal

8-10 OZ- Grilled chicken

1.5 cups- White rice

Next meal

10 OZ- Bison

1.5 cups- White rice

Salad with balsamic vinegar

Next meal

10-12 OZ- Chicken salad with coconut oil, celery, onion

10-12 OZ- Roasted potatoes salad

Last meal-( No much carbs before bed)

10 egg whites

3/4 cup of oatmeal

Scoop of peanut butter

  • Dwayne drinks 2.5 to 3 gallons of water per day. ( 1 gallon= 3.7 liters)
